I got this for my mum whose just started learning the keyboard a month ago using other books from this range, the books are so easy to follow and have a lovely design! and the songs in this are lovely.
They’ve helped my 50 year old mum, 13 year old sister and my 4 year old all learn to play! 3 generations on the keyboard ????

This is an attractive and well-designed book, providing material for early beginners to at least Grade one – and sight-reading for those beyond that. It will last a good couple of years if bought for an individual piano student and provides lots of motivation to keep playing over the Christmas holiday.

Lovely book and will last a while as my son is working towards grade 1. He can play some pieces and next year he should be able to play some more

More than just another Christmas book. There are interactive pictures for learners to colour in as they learn, there are beautiful duet parts for teachers to play too. The whole book is thoughtfully out together with little facts about the Christmas tunes. I love that there are bits of theory so students can recap on semitones, key signatures and accidentals and this comes directly before pieces with key signatures are introduced, ever so helpful. There’s even a recap on dynamics and encouragement for learners to be creative and place their own dynamics on the music. The book introduces scales in a fun and tuneful way without the student even realising they are playing scales! And there is an explanation of compound time signatures too. A must have for all learners who love learning at Christmas.
