I ate this product like your meant to but i havent seemed to gain any more memory. Since i told my mates at the pub ive had nothing but abuse which i cant figure out why, but apart from that it tasted great and had a nice texture to it.

The books printed by Amazon – but looks like it’s printed by one of their staff on a home printer that’s running out of ink!
Sure the content will be sound if you can get past the lack of design and bad printing (sorry that’s my designers OCD).
On a plus side, it’s awesome to see people like the author being empowered to write their on book.

Perfect for a boy who wants to join up! Lots of information and help on training.

Civilian looking to increase chin ups. The illustrated exercises and the introduction to lader reps ( 1 2 3 2 1) etc is good. Not actually following the plan just gave me the inspiration to move forwards from 5/6 pull ups. Book gave sufficient information to diverge my training to start improving.

This is an excellent, no bs plan to get fit. The plan is simple, steady progression with clearly explained exercises. All it takes is a committment to do the work and you will see results. Returning to fitness at 43 my joints aren’t what they were so I’ve had to bin the towel pull ups for another ladder of regular pulls and am not running more than 6 miles. Already though I’m fitter than I have been for years.

Lots of running ! You build up to 40 miles a week in 10 mile runs. The rest is body weight exercises involving a lot of chin ups. I won’t be doing anywhere near that amount of running but will follow the body-weight stuff. This book is ESSENTIAL for military elite candidates. It will build and test resolve in a graduated way and any young person with the nouse to seek this information and follow it through has my total and utter admiration and will have one heck of an edge over fellow candidates at Commando Training Centre. Well done to the author and his partner for producing this great book !

Very well written with excellent guidance on how to develop the strength to do exercises such as pull ups and press-ups if you are not able to do them. Realistic progression over the 26 weeks. I am writing this review as an armed forces vetran who has completed a full career spanning over 25 years and having turned 50 decided to improve my fitness. I fully recomend this book to any aspiring Royal Marine Commados or any one who is preparing to join the armed forces.
