The book is nice enough and there are quite a few different recipes but there is a fair bit of missing information in them. For example, I wanted to make Purin, the ingredients list mentions 1/2 cup sugar but the instructions mention using a total of 3/4 cup of sugar. Also, heavy cream and vanilla extract are in the ingredient list but not anywhere in the recipe. Those are minor details, the most important piece of missing info is the oven temperature, the recipe states to bake for 30 minutes but doesn’t tell me what temperature to use. I haven’t looked through all of the recipes but I doubt this is the only one with incorrect/missing instructions.

Haven’t exactly tried the recipe’s yet but i love that although the measurements on the page are american there are grams, milliliters etc. conversion page wich makes it much easier to know the measurements instead of having to go online and convert myself

So I believe I found this cookbook through tiktok or another type of social media, and it has to be the best purchase I’ve done. I made some of the food and took them into work and people really enjoyed them!
