The good news? There is a better way. And it’s not just theory. It’s already practiced in pioneering organisations around the globe. Drawing on Minnaar and De Morree’s visits to 100+ of the world’s most progressive organisations, this book gives direct evidence that you can make work enjoyable and rewarding, while boosting performance and success.

I received the book I ordered on time. Reliable provider.
The book itself starts out very interestingly, but I’ve only read the first chapter.

The VUCA world that we live in today requires that leaders have/develop a significantly different set of competencies than up until now, to create successful companies. It also requires alternative forms of organizing to cope with and react to the fast changes that we see.
This book gives brilliant examples of leaders and companies that are doing things different and codifies the concepts the define success as a leader in the future.
Fantastically, Pim and Joost don’t try to tell you how to do it in your company – because there is no “right” answer. You have to take the responsibility to develop your competencies and organization, focusing on the concepts they present.
Thanks for the handbook for future leaders.

Good story. Great examples and plenty of hints on how to get change done, together. It works but you can’t make it happen you have to let it come.
