The recipes in this book all sound totally amazing and mouthwatering – I don’t know where to start!! Dan’s recipes are simple to follow, and have never let me down. I can’t wait to get stuck in & I’m excited to try dishes from various cuisines. I’m sure I will find another new favourite 🙂

I love these books by The Curry Guy as they’ve made me a much better cook than I’d otherwise be! This one stood out as I do love the idea of less washing up. Am looking forward to seeing what he brings out next. In the meantime I’ll be cooking up some amazing food and trying things out I’d never thought of trying.

As soon as Dan announced in June that his new book was available for pre-order I went online and ordered it. I already have the Bible, Light, Easy and BBQ cookbooks. I started with the Bible. With Dan and Caroline’s recipes I’ve learnt to make curries and other dishes every bit as good as my local takeaways and restaurants. I’ve made my own spice mixes, chapatis, onion bhajis and love the authentic taste you only get from making dishes yourself from scratch. This new One Pot book has dishes from all over the world and I can’t wait to get started. If you join the FB group, Curry Chit Chaat, Dan and Caroline, as well as all the very knowledgeable admin team, are always there to help if you have a query or need advice. I can’t recommend this book, and all the Curry Guy books, highly enough.

As always Dan never fails to excite and inspire with his curries, Having made the batch methods I am interested to see how much easier it will be with the one pot cooking methods.

I have all of the author’s previous books and have cooked loads of wonderful meals from them, however this latest book has taken it to a new level. I have already made several of the recipes and they are so easy and quick compared to the ones in the other books. I also love the fact there is a wider variety of dishes, not just curries. I can not recommend this book enough, I’m obsessed!

The latest book from ‘The Curry Guy’ Dan Toombs is a celebration of spicy food from around the world. It features more than 150 easy to follow recipes, beautifully photographed and presented, which can be re-created and enjoyed at home by both beginners and expert cooks. Each recipe is accompanied by a wealth of interesting info about its origins, ingredients and cooking style. Where ‘authentic’ ingredients are trickier to source, there are always helpful suggestions about substitutions which can be found more widely, making even the most exotic dishes accessible to all. Highly recommended!

5 star new book. Now have all books by this writer. Easy to follow recipes. Set out in a way that the ingredients are listed as you require in order of when to use them. Super pictures. Good explanations. The book arrived Saturday. I have already cooked two curry recipes from the new one pot yellow book.

I didn’t think it would be possible for the Curry Guy to better his last cook book. How wrong was I?

The recipes are dead easy to follow and the food is just on another level.

I will be buying a few of these books over the next month or so as they make fantastic stocking fillers for friends and family.

Get your copy now and enjoy cooking some great one pot dishes.
