This is extremely thorough, giving detailed explanations about how anatomy functions in relation to dance, injury prevention and exercises to strengthen areas for specific dance technique….an excellent guide to training for strength, movement and flexibility. I love this book.

This wonderful book details exercises for strengthening just about every muscle in your body – I bought it for core stability exercises as a runner and it has been a treasure trove of fascinating training sets.
