Im a big fan of Kit’s previous books and am glad to add this one to the collection. The range of fabrics, materials and colours are fabulous and really give me the inspiration needed to get designing in my home. The text and images flow so well across the book making it perfect to dive in and read, or just to have a quick skim for inspiration when it’s sat on the coffee table!

I just expected this book to be the grander size of my other Kit Kemp books….now it looks sad next to the more classy coffee table size books of hers that I have 🙁

Great book for design inspiration complimented with lots of gorgeous pictures-a feast for the eyes.

Not as technical as I’d have hoped/needed/was looking for.

Lovely contents, as always – I’m a big fan of Kit Kemp’s interior style. But… what a cheap looking uninspiring cover. It looks like it’s from a secondhand bookshop. So odd from someone who is so visually innovative and original! (Have a word with your publisher!)

Such an inspirational book full of very clever creative ideas and wonderful photos

After the excitement and exuberance of KK’s previous 4 x titles this latest publication was disappointing and really doesn’t do the brand any justice at all.
Why, well Its not so much the content because after all much of what is illustrated has been gloriously illustrated in previous publications and on KK’s U tube vids.
The problem is the ‘mean’ format. The lack of glossy pages to illustrate a glossy and always exciting product. The small illustrations. It’s just not very KK. Not very KK at all.
I suppose it might have been decided to create the book in this format to mimic that of a working journal – a how to book. But that’s not what fans of KK want or expect. They want glamour, excitement, incredible creativity and escapism.
Ive still given the book 4/5. Not because I particularly like the it but because I admire what KK has achieved.
