A very delightful story that keeps you intrigued from start to finish. All the characters are brilliant in their execution. The use of the extended epilogue is a wonderful way to portray an insight into how their future lives play out. A really captivating, clean and sweet tale.

LORD EDWARD – Loved his wife Anne very much she died in a house fire Edward managed to save his two young children but not his wife, he became aloof retreating from society.
LADY Cassandra – Left her home helped by her aunt to avoid a marriage her parents had arranged. (Her aunt had arranged for her to work as a governess) .
I LOVED THIS STORY a beautiful love story Margaret and Ethan were wonderful – could not put this down.
(WAS NOT KEEN ON THE EXTENDED EPILOGUE – FELT IT LACKED SOMETHING (did not feel complete)
