It is the main textbook in my University. It is very informative but doesn’t go deep enough with the facts provided.

Surely it is a very well written book with a strong academic perspective. For scholars and students it’s probably a 5-star book. However, I don’t think this book would satisfy marketing managers o entrepreneurs who look for a practical book about digital marketing, that can help with step by step guidance.

I used this alongside my CIM Digital Strategy module – and because I’m a bit of a Dave Chaffey stalker – and it did not disappoint. It’s been a great tool both as a text book and as an encyclopedia to dip in and out of as I need to. Very well structured and far easier to follow than many other marketing text books I own!
