There’s no doubt the content in this is first rate and a valuable study resource for digital marketeers. However, I made the mistake of purchasing the Kindle version. It’s a frustrating experience as there are literally hundreds of blank pages in-between the nuggets of text, diagrams and case studies scattered throughout some 4,800+ pages. Something has gone wrong with the layout in creating the kindle version of this book. Really wish I could return the Kindle version and exchange for the actual book. It should be a great reference tool, but viewed in the Kindle app it’s a real slog to digest.

I bought the kindle version to my dismay its a waste of money as it is not compatible with kindle scribe and not fully accessible in my other kindle devices. And its too late for me to return it when i realised this problem.

Given the new updates, this is now one of the best digital marketing books available, especially for academic use. The new diagrams in particular are significantly helpful. I use this as a core text for a marketing module and I will be continuing to do so.
The only bad thing is that I had to ‘air’ the book for a couple of days as the plastic cover had a very strong plastic smell.. the type that can be very strong an unpleasant.
