Nice book, good quality & content clear.
Being a paper book, not the kind of book you can prop up & consult as you go.
I’ve got no excuse now!

I love dim sums but had never made them. They aren’t cheap to buy so I decided to find out how to make my own. This book has clear, easy-to-follow recipes that produce amazingly good dim sums. The small-sized hardback book is easy to store to hand in the kitchen, and it has a wipe clean cover.

A nice selection of basic recipes. Ideal for someone trying dim sum for the 1st time. Nicely illustrated.

This is the only way I can complain about the delivery as Amazon’s complaints procedure is just ticking boxes which is too limited. The book is brilliant (apart from the very small text) but the delivery was an absolute disgrace. I received an email saying the parcel was handed to the resident. This is a downright lie. It was left on the doorstep in the snow, he couldn’t even be bothered to knock on the door or ring the bell.

Good book, but it is paper and it was raining when it was left out in the road.
