The book was quoted as being ‘new’ when I purchased it however upon receipt I found that the pictures had already been coloured in, therefore it should not have been deemed as ‘new’. I contacted the company who advised that there were many grey areas that they were yet to overcome with the coding of products. They advised me to return the item to sender and that they would credit my account. Which they did. The service I received from the company was really good, they did apologise and rectify the issue quite promptly. I would therefore use them again.
