    Like how the book is split into the 3 stages. Personally back on day 1 of stage 1 and it was nice to find some recipes for clear drinks that I hadn’t thought of before.

    Will add to review as I work through the stages.

    Love the way this book is set out. Very easy to follow.
    Set into three stages of meal planning for different times of a flare up and keeping said flare-up away.
    Some of these recipes are going to be used as family meals not just for myself .
