Bought this to support my daughter doing third year of her BNurs course as this is a required text. Earlier versions got good reviews so was hopeful for the fifth edition. Sadly, the formatting of page numbers cuts across the text throughout the book. This occurs when the book is opened in Kindle (cloud), Kindle app for PC and on a Kindle paperwhite device. Example image taken from the cloud service but the same issue is seen wherever the book is opened.

I think the publisher needs to check whether the version on sale here is correctly formatted.
