This is the first book I have read by this author. I was looking for a spicy f/f book and this didn’t disappoint. The story followed Barbie and Kenzie’s journey of finding each other again after Kenzie leaves for London five years ago to take up a modelling job but she never returns after the job.
The spice was brilliant and this was everything I needed in a f/f book. It was a nice quick and easy read as well. I loved watching Barbie and Kenzie grow and their chemistry was ????. I will definitely read more by this author!

Barbie and Kenzie dated until Kenzie went off modelling to London and forgot her promise to return. Jump 5 years and she’s back on a modelling shoot and decides she wants Barbie back. However Barbie isn’t interested after all this time.
That’s the premise of the book and we watch to see if Kenzie can win back her woman. It was a shortish but cute book but there was one thing that aggravated me. The term ‘plus sized model’ was deemed inappropriate but when describing Kenzie, terms like “show off my thick thighs” was used and that felt a little like fat shaming. You wouldn’t write “show off my skinny thighs,” after all. Other than that it was a decent book.

The characters are likeable, and the sass is brilliant!
It’s screams Hallmark vibes, and sometimes, it’s just what’s needed ????
