Would recommend this to anyone, so helpful! It gives a really good breakdown of the topics and like all the other Teach yourself books, it is so easy to dip in and out of!

An excellent introduction to a complex subject.

An excellent book covering Eastern Philosophy. Mel Thompson, like he does in all his texts, explains relevant, key concepts and traditions in accessible language. So, even those unfamiliar with philosophy, and approaching these ideas for the first time, can get a really good grasp of the ideas involved.
This is a wonderful text. One that I would highly recommend.
I hope you find my review helpful.
