What a fantastic book that is so well put together and so simple to understand.
This book talks about nutrition and food and it’s importance during the teenage years when foundations are being put down.
My teenage daughter found it really useful and I would recommend it to any all parents and teenagers

This is a fantastic book for adults and teenagers alike and helps to make sense of all the important food/diet information everyone should know. It’s written in a clear common sense approach that doesn’t lecture or judge but gives you the information you need to enable sensible food/eating decisions. Includes some great recipes and menu ideas to follow whether still at home with parents or having left home. It covers all the topics I wish I would have known when I was teenager. I would definitely recommend for all teenagers to help them understand how to get the best out of their bodies.

This is a must-have for teenagers but also for parents. Tina explains how we can use nutrition & exercise to feel strong and ready to take on the challenges teenagers face. Great Xmas present for when your teen goes back to Uni ????! This should be taught in schools!!

This is the second book I have purchased by Tina Lond-Caulk. It is a great resource for cutting through the 1,000 different health messages we see each day on social media – and most importantly has been written by someone who is trained in nutrition. My daughters (14 and 16) have dipped in and out of it and we have all really enjoyed the recipes in the book.

I’m a student at Imperial College London and am regularly surrounded by lots of very academic students who often thoroughly care about their nutrition. I wanted to learn more about the topic so I could join the conversation and this book has really taught me so much about food and how beneficial good nutrition can be.
Nutrition really has the ability to positively affect most aspects of your wellbeing and life, so being knowledgeable in the subject, especially as a teenager, can really help you thrive as a person.
The book is heavily backed by very complicated science which Tina has cleverly broken down to make it very easy to read and digest so much information.
I can’t recommend this book enough, it’s a must read for children, teenagers and even adults. It’s just so important to be aware and knowledgable about this stuff, especially in the modern day where it’s so easy to have a bad diet!

This is honestly the best book for teens. My nearly 13 yo has been reading it since Christmas – and she has already started to include lots of new foods to her weekly diet, as well as understand what’s good for her body and mind, and what’s not. If your child is one that best learns by themselves, rather than you telling them what to do, then this is a simple book for them to educate themselves with knowledge that will serve them for life. Thanks Tina.

Eat Well Feel Great…this is a brilliant book, fantastically written to appeal to teenagers but a brilliant read for adults too. As a parent it’s a great guide to help us get the correct, quick information. Tina has written it in a way that it is easy to explain the importance of eating well and the outcome of feeling great is a winner!

I saw the author give a talk on Teen Tips and it was really informative, so when I saw she had brought out a book I was v interested – I bought this book for my 13 year old daughter who is interested in science and nutrition. We are reading it together and using it as a discussion point for what to eat/ recipes etc. Really great book, a great read for teenager, I am so pleased I bought it – thank you!
