The section on dealing with bullies is a joke! You don’t talk to bullies like that it shows your weakness and they are not the reasonable people this book implies. The only good point made was to not let them get a reaction out of you, because in my granddaughter’s experience that works to some degree. There is some other good information in the book though. Though in saying that it’s my opinion, it’s trying to cover too many subjects

Bought this for my 12yr old daughter and it has really helped her value herself. Before her fake friends would take advantage of her but since reading a couple chapters in the book she has an insight of what a true friend does and doesn’t do. This book has been amazing for her.

A good read, to give the phone a rest, and learn something new.

I purchased this book for my 14 year old daughter and will be returning it,as unfortunately she is too old for it. Which is a shame as I think this book is amazing. There is a lot of useful and helpful information in this book. I think it explains things well. It would be perfect if you have a shy girl or find it difficult communicating or explaining stuff. I would have benefitted hugely from this when I was younger.
As stated before I am only returning as my daughter is too old for this book. I would suggest Girls under 13 but it does also depend on them too. (8-13 years).
Would recommend ????
