    A returning to his first love, fish and shellfish, Rick authors another great food book. Not only is it a cooking book, but also an easy to follow seafood preparation guide.

    The recepies are accessable for the average to perfociant cook. However he has not forgotten to but include recepies for the novice to develop skills and confidence.

    A truly engaging cookbook that exzudes his passion in words and pictures on every page.

    Love Rick Stein & love fish so I wanted to cook more adventurous fish dishes once my kids decided they loved mussels! This book is brilliant clear simple instructions on preparation with no faff and lovely photos to inspire you. Now my non fish loving husband is being dragged through every fish and shellfish recipe I can get my hands on (and starting to enjoy decent fish and it’s health benefits) and 2 out of 3 of kids have the fish loving gene. My favourite cookbook. Fabulous – thanks a lot Rick!

    I’ve always enjoyed watching Rick making his dishes and thought I’d have a go. This is a beautifully illustrated book and well worth the money.
    As my first bake I choose the Hake papillote with the roast tomatoes and I have to admit it took forever to prepare so not sure I’d make it again!
    Just hoping the other recipes take less time! Some of the fish is not available up here in the north but he does give alternatives.
    I’ll definitely be trying more of the recipes but maybe not the one above.
