I purchased this gym book to keep track of my workout routine and (hopefully) keep track of my progress during my weight loss objectives.
The book has customizable fields for you to input any type of exercise or workout and dedicated spaces for number of reps and weight used for each exercise to log.
I have to say, this little book is great value and I feel will help me achieve my objectives.
