Some good recipes but also meat recipes, which seems a bit of a cheat. I would have preferred to learn about cooking vegetables on their own.

Went through the book and feel that there are too many ingredients required for each recipe. Some of the recipe ideas are great but the preparation time and efforts seem rather high.
