Such an informative, educational read. Loads of incredibly useful advice for runners and others who trash their feet – such as long-distance walkers. Had a previous edition but this update is well worth the money.

A must have foot care bible for anyone active who has one or two feet! Practical, tested and tried advice, easy to follow and well illustrated this updated version has over 150 new pages. I bought on both kindle and paper to be sure it’s always handy.

Title sums it up really. Its a great book and I have learnt a lot but getting hold of lots of the products he recommends is difficult / costly with import tax.

Wish I discovered these books years ago.
So far only read a few chapters relevant to me. All the info so far is like Gold.

It’s good and I give it 4 stars. You get a lot of pages for your money, and it is relatively inexpensive. However I found it hard work and frequently lost patience wading through all the anecdotes and frequent repetition of the same statements across multiple sections. It comes across to me as a knowledge dump of every bit of information the author has acquired, presented in a chummy and entertaining fashion. If the next edition included a professional edit to 25% it would be a masterpiece, and alleviate the frustration of finding out in one place that advice in another is no longer good practice. As it is, buy it and settle into a comfy chair with notebook at hand.
