We have the first Foolproof One Pot book (non veg) so were delighted to discover this new vegetarian book of recipes. So much variety and loads of recipes inspired by international cuisine. Simple to follow, minimal washing up and gorgeous photos. A great way to eat more veg and less meat. Have already bought a second copy as a birthday gift.

This book is stupendous…Love it..The recipes are spot on..though as a seasoned veggie I’ve perhaps v slightly tweaked a couple..Just small things like a tad more cinnamon in a recipe for eg.
I’m looking forward to trying some of the desserts..especially Sticky Toffee and banana pudding..looks yummy.
As has already been said..the layout is great…each recipe has a fab picture with it.
I highly recommend this book.
Just a couple of things…I would have liked to have known if one could freeze a recipe successfully or whether it would ruin it.
However..they usually get eaten before it’s got to that stage haha.

Arrived quickly and cooked something from this book on the first day (cabbage, pea and paneer dry curry)
Absolutely delicious ???? I am cooking the mushroom and chestnut stroganoff today. The recipes are all fabulous, very easy to follow foolproof, and so flavoursome. I will definitely be working through all of them in this book, which is most unusual. I have several cookbooks with a few favourite recipes and some which remain ignored. Not the case here ????

This is a really wonderful book with the most beautiful photography. The recipes are diverse and full of flavour yet there are no hard to find ingredients and instructions are straight forward with minimum prep time. Prep time and cooking time are highlighted at the bottom of every recipe which is so helpful. This is my new to go gift for friends. Highly recommend!

I already own and use the non-veggie One Pot Foolproof and love it. But I am more veggie so was delighted to see this was coming. I’ve already marked up a bunch of dishes I’m hungry to make. Great photography, well written easy to follow recipes. And last night I made my first ever dal (page 23!) and it was bloomin’ delicious. Love it!

Love the recipes in this book. Easy to follow and suitable for any occasion – from quick family dinners through to entertaining friends.
Alan writes clearly and step by step instructions are simple. Only trouble I have is that being in a more rural part of the UK, local supermarkets don’t always stock the more niche ingredients but that’s the case with all recipe books and Alan Rosenthal’s recipes are more accessible than most.

The recipes are lovely to read – well-written, super clear instructions, nice photos, all laid out well – and the first two I’ve made have been absolutely delicious.
I used to do a lot of cooking in the oven, but trying to use it less to save money, so these recipes are perfect.
UPDATE: today I made the aubergine stew and it was absolutely delicious – had to hold my nerve cooking them on such a high heat but the recipe was spot on so worth following the instructions!
