Made cooking easy
by Tzia
I am generally a good cook but I totally admit that I’m also a lazy one and I don’t keep a large stock of things in the cupboard. So recipes which don’t need a full shopping list of ingredients are perfect for me – and this book is perfect. The recipes are easy to follow, also very easy to scale up if you need to make more of the dish. Most of the ingredients are readily available and not expensive to buy – really user friendly, I love it and I’d love to see more like it!

No need to buy many items for these recipes. Easy to follow, tasty results.

I love this book, it is unpretentious. No weird combinations of ingredients just to be “super creative and different” or chilly in every single dish like so many other cook books of “famous” chefs. It still opened up a whole new taste world to us and I think it is my favorite cook book so far because you don’t need to buy a lot of different things that don’t add much anyway and are going to be thrown away one day because you will never need them again … take 5 ingredients and follow the simple recipes and you will enjoy a lovely healthy meal 😉

Nicely illustrated, food looks appetising. Recipes are straight forward using easily obtained mostly inexpensive ingredients. Ideal gift for students heading off to Uni. Good value for around a tenner.

I love this recipe book, the recipes are all easy to make and none of them really take too long, however I did find that the majority of the recipes did actually contain more than 5 ingredients. I would still recommend these recipes they are nice and easy and quick to pull off after a long day at work. Stress free.

Finally! A cookbook for me. I love looking through cookbooks and have a few that I’ve kept because I love the look of them and have tried a few recipes from them. But this book is the one for me – I love that I can make delicious recipes with 5 ingredients. I am not a chef or a cook – I just enjoy simple, good food that doesn’t require much of a fuss. I am super happy I found this one. There are others I looked at – but this is just the right format (not a small pocket-sized one that has been difficult to handle in the past) and the recipes are great.
