First of all, I would never pay £20 for any book, let alone treble that three cookery books. So when I paid £20 for all three in a black friday deal, I thought I was getting a good bargain. However when they arrived, I realised I had gotten a GREAT bargain.
The books are large and extremely heavy – which in my book means excellent quality. Also, Gordon Ramsay has provided three varied and interesting cookbooks that should keep you going for years.
Considering you would pay a fortune for these in the shops, I am glad I got these and may even distribute as Xmas gifts as they look and feel really expensive.

Easy to follow, great illustrations, amazing recipes. Even if you are not cooking so often these books are a must!
Strongly recommended even if you are not a skilled cook.

i got them as a deal from the amazon for around 20 pounds for all three. the best one in my opinion is the cooking for friends which has more day to day recipes without any exotic ingredients to be used in the majority of the recipes.
i haven’t tried any recipes from the other two books but i really enjoyed a few from the third one. If you are into asian food am sure you will love the recipes on all 3 books

Bought on Black Friday, so quite cheap. A great selection of his work, and lovely pictures. I certainly recommend them to and fan or cook.

I bought these books at a massive discount (88% off retail) and thought they were a bargain. However I’m not sure I would have bought at full price. The books are good, but I would have expected to see a few more photos, but the ones that are in are good quality. The recipes are varied and normally easy to follow and there is a huge variety of things to try – I wasn’t so keen on the Indian stuff, but I’m not a big fan of Indian food.
These are heavy books, and packed full of good things to make. However, I paid £12 for them which I think was a good price, but I wouldn’t have paid the RRP and hence the three stars.
