I love this book. My other half got it for me for my birthday, as we have recently decided to start doing some veg in our garden.
    Positives:
It is very easy to read- there are a huge amount of pictures and diagrams, all of which are very attractive

It isn’t horrifically expensive like some of these books

The info is really easy to digest- it goes step by step

Loads of different ideas that you wouldn’t have thought of

The ideas are not actually expensive, and can be done easily

It is all broken up into seasons so you can easily work out what to do and when

Overall I think it is brilliant- without a doubt I would recommend it for anyone who has a small space, is a beginner and wants some new and different ideas. It might be a bit simple for some of you who like doing lots of gardening, but then I would imagine you wouldn’t get a book like this if you had more experience!

It’s a nice introduction to vegetable gardening, but the title promises more than it appears to deliver. Lots of lovely photos, but not enough on spacing, rotation and pest etc.

I had to abandon this kindle edition as it is impossible to navigate the pages. It is a totally unsuitable book for the Kindle. There are lots of images and pages in boxes but it’s not possible to adjust the font, etc.

This is not well explained by me but I wish someone had said, “Don’t buy this kindle book”!
