ACCOUNTABILITY
Is so important when on your gym journey. This is how you show up for yourself and crush your long term goals. set yourself the target of getting a certain amount of ticks in each 5 week block. There are enough accountability pages for just over one year.
TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Use the progress charts to write down each exercise, your sets, reps and how much weight you lifted. Watch your progress as the numbers progress each week. There are 8 exercise spaces per page, 10 sessions per exercise and plenty of progress charts.
