    I recently bought this book to help with my gym training. I’m so glad I did, it will help me to stay on track with my weight training. The pages are structured in a simple way so you can write all your strength and cardio exercises, including reps, tempo, weight, sets and even daily step count. this will make it much easier to stay on top of my training and monitor my overall progress. I would definitely recommend if you require some structure when going to the gym.
