Great ideas in this little book. Now part of my weekly recipes and def helping with weight loss and healthier eating for me and the environment.
by Mr Paul Waygood
I am learning to use this recipe book and make more interesting meals. I have to be careful to avoid some of the ingredients as I.B.S issues mean a very selective diet is necessary

This little book has some good recipes, all with photos, but as one of the reasons to buy a spiralizer and the book was to help with dieting it is disappointing that the recipes do not have any calorie information.

The book that came with our spiraliser was uninspiring. This book has added so much value to the spiraliser. You won’t regret it buying it.

I bought a spiraliser as part of my effort to eat more healthily and I wanted to make my food look and feel more appetising. This book has lovely recipes, but there are no food values attached to the recipes, so total calories/carbs etc… are a mystery. Most recipe books nowadays include food values, so this was a real disappointment to me. Having said that, I will be trying some of the recipes, as I can probably figure out how healthy they are as I go. Just need to work out how to reduce the quantities to suit 1 person.

As a novice to spiralizing I wasn’t sure which book to get, but I must say its a great little book with some interesting recipes
by Peter Barnes
Novelty purchase, good fun but it is wearing off now. Probably better for salads in summer.
