Excellent book, just what I was looking for. My son who is 10 loves it and looks forward to completing it. As well as it being a great tool to get kids thinking and writing about themselves and their feelings, it’s also a great conversation starter for parents and kids.

I bought this for my younger sister to boost her confidence & to help her think more confidently after reading some of the reviews. We do this as a daily activities one page at a time & it’s been wonderful for her. Great bonding experience to.

It was ok but I didn’t think, wow this will change my nephew life. Maybe that’s asking too much. Still better use of their time than some other activities.

I purchased this book for my 11 year old nephew as a christmas present to help with his anxiety & understanding his feelings. There’s some great activities included which are all age appropriate. Couldn’t fault this at all.

Bought as a gift for my nephew, he started reading it and filling in the activities straight away. It’s a really good way to get children thinking about their confidence without it preaching. They can learn in a fun and interactive way.

After Covid like many children my nephew faced symptoms like sore tummy, tiredness or sore head. Going to school became a problem trigger. After his mum used this book with him he developed the skill to put his thoughts down on paper and talk about them. He gradually returned to the happy, thoughtful 10 year old. I would definitely recommend this book to other parents.

I think that looking after our mental health nowadays is really important. I bought it for my daughter who is 10 years old and she loves it. She has grown in confidence in my opinion and hopefully will continue as she grows older.

We think our daughter has ADHD and after a recent fall out with a friend she has really struggled to manager her feelings. This book (along with lots of discussions) has really helped her take ownership of her feelings and understand why she does struggles more than others. We will be back for the full collection ????
