Honeymoon for One: A wonderfully festive feel-good romance to cosy up by the fire to this winter
£2.80
‘One of only a few 5 star reads this year. I loved everything about this book’ Reader review, 5 stars
A cancelled engagement. A non-refundable honeymoon. A Christmas Robin will never forget.
Robin Ellis has had a year she’d like to forget. She’s tired, overworked and most definitely not ready to spend the holidays with her rowdy family in Manchester. So when she discovers she forgot to cancel her honeymoon she sees this as the perfect opportunity to get away; it’s time to relax and embrace adventure!
The last thing she expects is to clash with standoffish ski instructor Neve. But despite their rocky start these two unlikely people can’t help but fall for each other under the starry Canadian skies.
They know that holiday romances don’t last, and Robin has had her heart broken one too many times before, but can they overcome the distance between them and find a happily ever after together?
A sparkling sapphic wintry holiday romance, perfect for fans of Sarah Morgan, Heidi Swain and Jo Thomas.
Readers and authors absolutely love Honeymoon for One!

This really is a lovely feel good romance novel that has you routing for the characters from the very beginning and warms your heart that love can conquer

Good characters and storyline quite a slow burn romance but did maintain my interest and a good grand gesture and epilogue to finish.

I really got in to this. I honestly couldn’t put it down. Both characters are fragile, broken in their own way which helps make them likeable. One has an overbearing mother and a broken heart, the other has an absentee mother and a fear of change and against the odds they both overcome their issues to find each other.

What a great story, even though you kinda know it’s a happy ending it did have me questioning that at times. And with that ending I’m hopeful for a follow up story.
Right! I’m off to book tickets to Canada ????????

A slow burn Christmas romance story that is set between Manchester and Canada.
The characters were very realistic and the quirky quotes between them has you chuckling to yourself. Would have got 5 stars but thought the ending was cut short.

This is not the book you expect from the title! This is not a poor me tale of woe and sadness. Instead it’s a beautiful story about finding yourself and rediscovering who you are.
The characters are well written and the story flows nicely. This is my first from this author but it won’t be my last!
Thoroughly enjoyed it and recommend to anyone wanting to read an uplifting tale.
