Lots of enthusiasm but not much else

I have actually know one of the authors for many years and am continually inspired by her motivation, passion and support for others and their well being. This book will enrich you, and to witness the journeys of these real women will offer hope to many women, whether they’re starting or running a business, or just getting through life!
The realisation that the blueprint of rules and expectations you set yourself are actually deep rooted in your childhood will be epiphany for readers. Such interesting accounts, written by other women, who have pulled through to the other side will empower many women to question their own realities.
It’s actually ok to be YOU! You’re not alone or doing anything wrong.
Sometimes you can be so wrapped up in your life, conforming to expectations, being a people pleaser can really suffocate who you are.
I heartily recommend this book…there is inspiration in there for every woman. It’ll give you strength!

I met Sarah Hill, one of the contributors to this book after lockdown 1. She’d set up her reflexology business just before the pandemic hit and I’d been following her business posts on Facebook.
I took the plunge and booked in not knowing what to expect at my first session.
I’ve seen her business grow, along with her skill set and confidence. She now contributes to a digital magazine with a global audience.
She regularly supports other business owners and I love her no nonsense approach to work and life.

What am amazing set of women! Truly an inspiring read and how they have changed themselves, their mindset and moved forward.
We can all learn something from their experiences. I could see myself in some of the scenarios and got me thinking how I can move forward too.
When sometimes we spend our lives running around to achieve and look after others in our family – we need to stop and think about ourselves. The time spent on ourself is more valuable than we can ever imagine. Just brilliant and vital for every woman!
