This is a well written guide to eCommerce, broken down into neat, readable chunks. It covers a lot of key areas, and the figures are helpful to illustrate the key points. Would recommend for anyone in the field or interested in starting or growing their business!

I recently had this book recommended to me by a friend, and I must say, I was pleasantly impressed. The author’s practical experience in starting and growing an online business made this book a worthwhile read, and covers everything in one place, that I might have had to scour the web for.
Ginn’s insights are concise and straightforward, making the book an easy read. I appreciated the way he shared his firsthand experiences with the pitfalls that often come with e-commerce, and provided practical advice for avoiding them.
Overall, I found this book to be an excellent resource for anyone looking to start or grow an online business. It’s an investment that will undoubtedly save you time and provide valuable knowledge to help you succeed in the world of e-commerce.

I looked at various free papers and other material that is out on the web about eCommerce. I shouldn’t have wasted all this time. This book is all I need – and is much better than anything I’ve seen before. Not only is it comprehensive with a very clear structure, but it’s also written extremely well – a layman like me now understands these technical methods and tips.
There are a lot of books on the topic of eCommerce and even more free papers. Many of these are written by people who write blogs and sell courses. This one is different. It’s clearly written by someone who knows what works through years of trial and error, the tough practical experience.

This is a very practical read with lots of useful advice. Clearly by someone who has spent the time seeing what works, it’s going to save wasted effort by skipping to what actually needs to get done.
Would recommend.

If you are building or scaling ecomm, this is a rare and valuable guide. From how to make financials and economics work, to the nitty gritt and watch outs of using the major UK and global market places, incl. Amazon of course.
Fascinating also as an insight practitioner sat on the other side of e-commerce data.
