I can’t praise this book and its author enough. I’ve already tried the focaccia recipe, the bread loaf, the pizza dough, the lady finger recipe, and the gnocchi one and they all came out fantastic! Such a great book!

This book is worth it alone for the KFC recipe!! That was the thing my son missed most after being diagnosed Coeliac earlier this year and he wasn’t disappointed! I bought Becky’s book after a friend recommended her and we haven’t looked back. The recipes are fantastic and also include substitutes for dairy free/ vegan etc.
Buy this, and all of Becky’s books, especially the new Christmas one!! Oh yes.

So my wife is gluten intolerant and needed a good source book for making suitable food. She had heard of the author for awhile and so i decided to get her this book. She loves it, it is so easy to read and gives a wealth of information, i have since got her the other books and we will be purchasing any books made by this author in the future.

What a delightful book! Basically it contains recipes of anything you can imagine want but just gluten free. When I bought this book I thought it would have new meals and dishes with terrible swaps such as cauliflower pizza bases (yuck) but this book enlightened me that you can buy gluten free plain and self raising flour! I’ve just make a chicken pie using gluten free flour. The family loved it!
