The play buttons icons on the respective days don’t work, so you need to download the sound files independently. Sometimes I have to use two devices – one for the book and another for the sound.

I am currently working my way through ‘Learn to Play the Bass Guitar in 14 days’ and I’m hooked. I love rock music and blues and this is a great starting point for a non-instrument player like me. Very easy to follow finger style tabs and all the tracks are there to listen to as well. I have mine downloaded on my phone. Each day’s lesson is 90mins, but I have been taking it a bit slower than that, doing about an hour a day, but I’m really enjoying it. I’ve only had the book for a week and I can hear I’m improving every day – now starting on lesson 5. I hope this helps you to make your decision.

I ,personally found the text a little difficult to follow, nit for me…..however could well be good for younger players.

Opt out – for cookies, trackers and beacons, are supposed to be set as ‘opt-out’ by default (this is best practice, for these technologies), the fact that, in order to access the paid for content you have sold, would require the end user to request, via contact form – currently via an unsecured communication option – sending personally identifiable details, in order to opt out – thus requesting you do not share said information with third parties! This is both unprofessional and the worst case of bad practice I have seen in the last 15yrs of working with a variety of web technologies and service providers.

I suggest an overhaul of your content and practices is desperately required.

If you’re not sure where to start:

    w3.org/standards
    w3schools

are two useful resources for both existing and emerging technologies, with a good scope of relevant and well put together information.

I was looking forward to using your content, but will make do with just the book, until you can fix what is hopefully just an unfortunate oversight (which a cynical person might consider to be an outright abuse of customers UI), giving the benefit of doubt, for now but still not accessing content. Until it is developed responsibly.
