Good information, down to earth, taught me some things I didn’t know. Well worth buying

I saw a review of the book in a magazine and elected to download the Ebook.
The most useful tip I took from the book is the use of soda crystals which are very popular items apparently.
I didn’t find anything much new other than the make do philosophy which seems to be the over-riding message.

I recommend this book for people wanting to save and cut back but not only that it touches on a little on people habits of why we do what we do etc which I found very interesting and useful. I also really like the fact that it’s from the author own experience to and the way it’s written.
We are all pressured to have the latest brands & fads etc from an early age and even though I am never been one to follow these. I have been caught in the moment of shopping for one thing and ending up getting more than I wanted or needed but useful but not urgent. Which the author does touch on advertising which I also found very interesting.
I also was pleasantly surprised by this book as I thought I knew quite a bit already but it covered a lot more than i thought it would and learned quite a few extra helpful tricks to such as a small tin can who would of thought!
Wished I had read it years ago but will encourage my two older children to read to enforce what I have told them about the 3 rules when buying something as I think it will be really beneficial for them both.
