Really interesting little book. The first part covers the wide spectrum of anxiety in all of us and how it may show up. I really related to feeling emotionally numb in certain situations. It also covers why we experience anxiety which completely made sense. Part two then goes on to give you tools/pointers on how to deal with with your anxiety. The book is small, I keep it next to my bed for a quick reminder close by when I feel my anxiety arising.

Love the small size of this book, and the way it handles the topic – it’s not too medical or complicated. It has lots of suggestions for ways to handle anxiety which I found really helpful and I will keep referring to. Well worth the price.
