Perfect, thank you!

I’ve been going to the gym for about a year on and off, but just really did a variety of exercises without much structure.
I didn’t really know correct form or posture, or how to plan my week’s exercises.
This book is ideal for complete novices who have never set foot in a gym. It’s gentle introduction covering everything from what to wear, what not to do, onto how to structure your week’s exercises and daily meals along with a few exercises and correct form.
Everything covered is an introduction to the various elements. I think this is fine and bang on target for the book’s intended scope. Experienced gym goers will want something else. Exercises described are simple, with a few pictures.
For me, it was a good refresher and I did learn some new stuff. It was also nice to read in text some things people had said to me but didn’t really take on board – this book reiterated the importance of various diet elements and gave an idea of what effort level to put in and good warm up / cool down technique.
Overall, useful book that I wish I picked up sooner.
