    Brilliant book, easy to use, easy to read, lots of insights from incredible sports stars, backing up everything she says in the book. Solid easy to follow advice with proven outcomes. I bought a copy a gift for teenagers, will be buying another copy for myself.

    Bought after being advised to get it from his running coach with England Athletics, he never reads but finished this book and he found it helpful and has tried to implement some of the systems in the book to help with his mental blocks when racing.
