There is so much world building happening, I love the flash back chapters and learning the history if Erik and Magnar ????
There’s so much mystery around who Callie and Morgana are and I cannot wait for the next book to learn more!!
I’m loving how the two sisters are on completely different paths and seeing the world from different angels ????
The ending is a standard Twisted Sisters cliffhanger of course! I need more!!! I’m so excited for book 3 ????

Book 2 of a series and not to be read as a standalone.
Callie and Montana’s story’s continue with both girls trying to ignore their growing relationships with Magnar & Erik, their singular focus should be on finding one another but with every passing day the chances of doing so are getting smaller.
A rollercoaster from start to finish with a cliff hanger ending. This is a remake of a previously released story, I’m not usually a fan on re-releases but the changes made here have been very much enjoyed.

I knew before I started this series that it would take me out of my HEA comfort zone and still I could not help myself. Though my anxiety is now raging and waiting for book 3 (due out November 28th), I enjoyed every page.
The dystopian dark fantasy is both savage and brutal, giving the occasional hint of Hunger Games vibes with regards to the realms and their comparison to the elite upper society. It continues where book one leaves off and further develops both the characters and the world in which they live. You just can’t help but get sucked ???? right in.
Montana & Erik create enough tension to start fires while my heart has been left bleeding for Magnar – I just can’t cope ????

Loved this book finding more about Magnar and Erik past. I am enjoying how the book is darker and and the relationship forming between Montana and Erik and Magnar and Callie is keeping me gripped. I can’t wait for the next instalment

Loving this rewrite, I read this series so long ago I’m really enjoying this non PG version with all the sexual tension and angst you expect from the twisted sisters.
Magyar and Eric are opposite sides of the same coin and have more in common than either of them would ever admit.
The twins are so feisty, struggling to comprehend this new life outside the Realms. Montanas comments are hilarious as she gets to grips with modern life.
Definitely enjoying the direction both our twins are going in, that twin connection will reunite them eventually I hope. Can’t wait for the next instalment

I’m absolutely loving the revamp of this series! This picks up where the previous book finished. It gives more information about the history of the vampires and slayers, but still leaves many questions!
I cannot wait to keep reading more about Montana and Erik, he’s my new book boyfriend!
This book definitely brings the emotions in the author’s style, as well the author’s classic world building, tension between characters and discrete mentions of their other works.
I would definitely recommend giving this series a try, you won’t regret it!

I read the original Age of Vampires series and absolutely loved it. So when I found out they were revamping the series I was mega excited. And I have to say that so far the series has not disappointed. It has everything you expect from the twisted sisters, incredible world building, characters you very quickly get attached to and a storyline that leaves you on the edge of your seat, cursing the heavens and counting down the days until the next book in the series is released!! If you’ve not read this series, what are you waiting for, get stuck in right now!!
