So happy to be back reading about the mischievous antics of the Park Avenue Princes.
Here we have Donovan (Van) the elite runway model being brought down a rung or two on the prestigious high fashion ladder when he’s misdirected to his next Modelling assignment.
Confusion reigns when he realises that he is expected to strip down and engage in intimate activity with the most gorgeous man he has ever seen. The man is standing there in nothing but a robe, he is tall, athletic build and shoulder length blonde hair. Van can’t take his eyes of him.
Kelley Sinclair (Sinful) aka Sin is waiting to begin filming of his first ever Pornvideo. The crew assumed Van was going to be his ‘intimate partner’ on the job.
Reluctantly Van gets dressed and apologises for the mistake someone made when they gave him the wrong location address for his fashion modelling assignment. All parties are disappointed, not least Kelley and Van who still can’t take their eyes off each other.
Thankfully fate takes hand and the following day, Van turns up and agrees to participate. There’s one condition, he will wear be incognito and wear a mask.
Kelley and Van become closer, are having great times ‘working’ together until Van’s ex shows up and threatens to blow his cover.

The chemistry between these two guys was off the charts and I liked that they were so good at communicating about issues as soon as they arose and also their feelings towards each other.
Van and Kelley both want to shoulder blame for what happened, but with Van’s ‘Magnificent Seven’ PAP friends they set out to resolve the problem as far as it concerns Kelley’s new job offer and Van’s reputation as the top Model at his Agency.
I’m wondering what’s going to happen with Gavin, Van’s younger brother who shares the apartment with him. He has a boyfriend Joey, but when he can’t bare the lovey dovey atmosphere around Van and Kelley, he threatens to move into Daire’s (one of the PAP’s) condo in the same building.
I am hoping the next book will explain the mystery surrounding Travis and his arch enemy, a fellow student.
So far Book 1 and 2 have been sweet, quite fluffy stories, with two gorgeous MC, living the good life, I feel Travis’s story when we get it, will be a grittier tale.
Either way, I looking forward to book 3 in early2024.

So it was a huge surprise that Donovan would be the next man to steal the show here in the Park Avenue Princes Series but he did not disappoint.
Known for his iconic Van Talks, Donovan is the only man who has his head and heart on straight when it comes to love. It’s why he’s so good at dishing out advice.
When Donovan accidently walks onto the wrong shoot he doesn’t expect to be taken by the man waiting for him there. Instead of a model shoot, it happens to be something a little more X-Rated. But that doesn’t put him off. Nope. If anything his curiosity is peaked and maybe he lingers for a lasting look at the new man he’s encountered.
Their meet cute is super unconventional and will not only make you hot and bothered but also pull a few chuckles. And that is the gift of Brooke and Ella’s writing magic together.
In Insatiable it lives up to the title heavily, a steamy read due to the context but the romance and heart is thrown in spades too.
What I loved the most about Donovan and Kelly was how they both get swept up with each other just as quick. And when Donovan is typically the first to chase as he has a huge heart, it’s Kelly who comes running towards him in double the speed.
They chase one another and are always on the same page. They communicate. They embrace the love they have growing even if they are young and unsure of what’s to come.

I was so excited about this book since the first one was awesome and the blurb and all the teasers were interesting. So I picked this up as soon as possible and I was not disappointed!
Van – Donovan – is a model and part of the Park Avenue Princes. He is sent to a photoshoot, to a wrong address, where he meets rising new adult entertainment star Sin – real name Kelly. Insta-lust on both sides but Van leaves to his actual photoshoot without plans to see Sin again. Until an invitation to Sin’s party comes.
Sin and Van meet at the party and due to strict rules, cannot end up in bed together – unless it’s in front of a camera the next day. And guess what, Van shows up.
I loved the chemistry between Van and Kelly from the start. It seems like both immediately liked each other, and not just physically. Their relationship was lovely and the spice was HOT, on and off camera. Like hot hot *fans herself*
The whole story you are just waiting for the evitable outcome of secrets coming to light, and how would everyone react.
HEA is lovely and well-deserved. I’m excited for the next book!

Absolutely superb. Thoroughly enjoyed every minute from start to finish. These guys are something else but you can’t help but love the chemistry they share with each other. Donovan and Kelly ‘s story was just amazing and they both deserve each other. Looking forward to reading the next book to see whats in store for these guys x

Wow, Donovan and Kelly were amazing together and whilst I lived West and JT story, I fell in love with Donovan and Kelly. I love how they met, the natural progression of their romance. Seeing the other Princes always having each other’s back reminded me of how close these guys are. I couldn’t put it down, it was hot, sexy, little angst and lots of loving. You can never go wrong when Ella and Brooke write together. I am already looking forward to the next book.
