I read this book in an afternoon so it’s a pretty quick read but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t pack a punch. Lots of up to date research and useful information for established SMHL as well as newcomers to the post and whilst the information is available elsewhere if you go and look for it, it’s great to see it concisely in one place and easy to access. Every SMHL should have this on their bookshelf!
