Fantastic. Thoughtful. Beautiful.
It’s probably going to seem a bit ridiculous of me to say this about a book character, but I am so absolutely proud of the man that Atlas Corrigan grew up to be.
I feel like I’ve watched him turn from a kind and thoughtful teenager into the most wonderful, caring adult and honestly I feel so proud of him. It makes my nose tickle and my eyes leak just thinking about the man he became and how he overcame the troubles of his childhood and turned them into positives.
I’m so exceedingly glad that Colleen Hoover wrote this book. I didn’t know how much I needed to know that everything would work out for Lily and Atlas until I picked the book up.
The addition of Josh and Theo into the story adds extra warmth and further confirms what an amazing human Atlas is (shhhhhh, I know he isn’t real).
If ever an author deserves the success that social media has given them it’s Colleen Hoover. She’s humble. She’s talented. She’s so thankful for every reader who has fallen in love with her words.

This book is a great follow up from It Starts With Us and is a very lighthearted companion to the previous book. I enjoyed the plot and the ending. It is missing a star because I’m not completely in love with romance books but this was just one I felt like I had to read.

I enjoyed the book, but I felt it was a little sickly sweet and predictable . The super log letters Atlas writes are just too much. It is obvious this was written just to give the characters of Lily and Atlas a happy ending, but it’s predictable. Would have liked to have seen more Ryle in it, but he’s almost just a mention in comparison to the first book.
Liked the introduction of Josh though, that was a nice twist.

I loved the first book in this series but o did find this one a little disappointing. Just felt like the story was only written to give the characters a happy ending. There wasn’t much else going on in the plot. I also am disappointed that the ending isn’t written from lily’s point of view.
It was an enjoyable read by the pool on holiday and it wouldn’t put me off reading books by the same author again.
