I read the main Lost Fleet set of books and loved it – I found the story compelling and the characters excellent, so I wanted to read the continuation stories starting with ‘Beyond The Frontier’. Unfortunately I have for the third time received the set and yet again the first book is from the main Lost Fleet series and the first book of Beyond The Frontier is missing. Amazingly consistent incompetence from the supplier. I really want to read this collection so I also ordered the first book separately and I plan to return the wrong book from the set in its place. It has all been a real pain! The stories and the individual books are excellent

I’m on the second to last book at the moment and I’m enjoying them going to be sad when I’m done. Would recommend to sci fi fans but id also recommend reading the first 6 books before reading beyond the frontier.
