we watched the Spanish adventure on TV and were so excited about receiving the book, however, we were both really disappointed when we read through it. Many of the recipes he cooked at the villa were not in the book and many that made it in are pretty uninspiring to be honest. Not even a single recipe for Paella after a 20 episode adventure. Maybe a part 2 on the way James ?.
