I bought this because I wanted first hand the recipe for his barbecue ribs. Lovely hard-backed book. Exactly as expected.

Book is great but wasn’t clear in the description it was the American version. Consequently all the measurements need to be converted and some of the ingredients which is a real pain. Would of got the British version if I had known.
