As a huge Hendo fan, I’ve always wanted to know more about him and how he manages to keep being Hendo in the face of all the people who just don’t understand why he is so essential to any team he plays in.
When I saw this book, I knew I had to read it. The short version is – when I got to the end, I went ‘Aawww’ – I really didn’t want it to end. I don’t think you can have anything better than that.
By the end of the book, I felt like I’d really gotten to know who this person is. Very well written, focusing on the important parts and very respectful to the other players and managers he’s worked with.
Overall, I would highly recommend this book if you want to know what makes Jordan Henderson tick. He may be the most under-rated, under appreciated player ever to play football. This book shows you who he really is and why he still keeps doing what he does, no matter what.
Thank you for an excellent read 🙂
