Joshs Second Cookbook Is Quite Different From His First, However The Book Improves On The First Book Tenfold. Filled with incredible Recipes And The Photographs Of All The Food Is Awe Inspring. Absolute Class Cookbook Not Just Filled With Amazing Food And Awesome Photos But With Breakdowns Of What Texture Is And How Important It Is. Cannot Reccomend This Book Enough If You’re a Fan Of Josh Or For Just Cooking In General.

Bought as a Xmas gift for my fiance, beautiful book by what I’ve flicked through! Unfortunately, the top right corner is slightly squashed in, seeing as it’s a brand new just released book is annoying, but other than that, I’m sure he will love it Xmas day ☺️

I don’t have his first book but I love how it’s different from any other recipe book, I don’t care for an endless supply of recipes to read, I watch his YouTube for that! This book is a great insight to his life and journey and I literally read it before I go to bed every night, he’s funny, inspiring and yeah… it’s a great, informative read. The recipes are also amazing obviously but I watch his videos if I want them!
