    Still working may way though book, a lot to get your head round. Was hoping to find an area that listed foods you can eat and those you can’t, not found it yet. Paper used a bit flimsy, type good. Uses a lot of American ingredients and terminology, need to translate.

    Having decided to shift the weight I purchased this book along with others to get me on my way. The book is an excellent resource covering the science, the variation of Keto diet and generally what to eat and what to avoid. On the downside there was no much in the way of recipes, what was there was based on the US market and there was a long list of foods (one had to trawl through the whole book). Would still recommend despite the negatives.
