This is easy to read and relevant to healthcare fields. I was surprised at how much I thought I knew but perhaps did not know as much as I thought. This topic is often taught to professionals, particularly in nursing, by other nurses who are not specialist in this field. This is worth a read if you think you know about law and ethics in healthcare.

When I first discussed this idea with Marc many moons ago (and some of the more eagle eyed of you will see that I am mentioned in the acknowledgments) it was a different book to the one now available. Marc has taken that idea and used in a way that we hadn’t conceived at the time and I find that this book is well liked by my students. It is an accessible, clearly written and informative text that will be useful for healthcare students.
